How do I set up an account with your company?

Setting up an account is easy, all you have to is fill out the online credit application or fax us your company information, within 24 hours we can get you approved with as little as $5,000 to as much as a $50,000 line of credit with our company.  All orders pending same day will instantly be granted a $2,500.00 credit limit.

You can browse our web site and find what you are looking for, or you can try our built in search engine designed to help you find parts by description or part number.

Why don't you stock what parts I need all the time ?

With millions and millions of parts for several hundred machines, it is impossible to stock all items all the time.  We carry the worlds largest supply of OEM quality machine replacement components and each day several new parts are added.  With over 90 machines and 700,000 parts in stock we do our best to stock the high volume replacement parts for all of our customers.  If you have certain parts that you know you will need, feel free to ask us to stock those items for you.  You will find that our sales associates and sales engineers can be your best friends in maintaining your equipment.  They are in place to serve you, so work with them.  Also,  all orders are done on first come, first serve basis.

Who is the person that I should contact to place orders ?

This will depend on the time of day or night that you call.  All employees of Team 21st have been crossed trained to handle a general sales call after hours.  Please have part number, p.o. number, quantity, and ship method ready when you place your order.  Below is an email link for you to send your orders or questions into.

Do you carry this particular part or can you get it for me?

Yes, we pride ourselves in handling thousands and thousands of hard to find items, from one piece to several hundred.  We have strong relationships built with many other vendors world wide and commonly exchange, buy, and sell items from all countries in addition to the components that we produce in house.

My machine is down and I am not sure what parts I need?

Try to locate the broken part and part number or a get a good description of the part, the machine, and the area in which the part is broke.  CALL US, with our video parts matching service we can show you what we think you are describing over the internet, at that time you will have the ability to see the part before it ships.  This will aid us in sending the right part the first time, reducing useless down time and shipping cost.   Video Parts Service
